I’m a little surprised this one didn’t cut through the milk. Anyway, I think I went a little too fine but not as much as the chart would have you think. The DF64 tends to need a longer extraction on this one to match the flavours I like from the JX Pro. I think I’d do an 8.5 for the next shot.
