I think I might have done too much bypass here, so I’ll go for a smaller drink next time. I also want to know how this would taste as espresso so I’ll have to weigh up either option.
I’m getting that fermented start and a caramel finish which is nice. Not much in the way of raspberry or lemongrass tbh. I think I might want to go a little coarser to cut off a little of the drying notes.
