Super tasty. I’m trying to figure out why this is so much better than NFlow can be. Maybe it’s the pre-infusion, maybe it’s the slowly increasing flow rate?
I think I’ll try D-Flow with a faster ending flow rate to see if I can recreate this shot with a flow profile.
