So, this was actually tasty but I had to manually intervene. The flow-rate was too slow at 7 bars so I ramped up the pressure to 9 manually. I can go coarser to bump up the flow rate again but then extraction might drop too much. I’ll try coarser in the future but if that isn’t good then I’ll simply adapt this profile to a 9 bar flow instead of a 7 bar flow.
