Bean notes:
The roast is darker than I wanted to do and I’ve lost a lot of complexity from the beans, but I think this is still a very nice coffee– especially with milk.
Notes:
This coffee is less than 24 hours since roast so there is a smokey note here that I don’t love. That being said I do get lots of rich toffee sweetness and I think this was a good result.
